PAMPHLETS, POSTERS AND VIDEOS
PAMPHLETS
Pamphlets are available in bulk for distribution to families, childbirth education classes, organizations, libraries, and medical facilities, such as hospitals, clinics, pediatricians’ offices, OB/GYN offices, midwives, pregnancy resource centers, health departments and related environments.

A donation of $10 per 100 pamphlets is requested to help the Foundation continue to provide these important materials. However, pamphlets are provided free of charge when hosting an event such as a baby fair, speaking at a childbirth education class, or similar event.
POSTERS
Newborn screening posters are available for display in medical facilities, awareness-raising events and related environments. A donation of $3 per poster is requested. Two-sided (English/Spanish) newborn screening poster - $3 each
The newborn screening video is suitable for childbirth education classes and similar environments. Cost is free with $1.50 per video for shipping and handling. Order in English or Spanish - $1.50 per video for S & H
TO ORDER
Email Submit order to Wendy. If you are hosting an event such as a baby fair, speaking at a childbirth education class, or conducting a similar event, pamphlets are provided free of charge. Please identify the event and indicate the item, quantity and the address where you would like your order shipped. Orders accompanied by a credit card donation should not be submitted by email. Please submit credit card orders by fax or postal mail.

If you are hosting an event such as a baby fair, speaking at a childbirth education class, or conducting a similar event, the materials will be provided free of charge.
