Kevin's Happy Story
This is a personal story shared by a family who has two children with Medium Chain Acyl-CoA Dehydrogenase Deficiency (MCADD).

We shared the typical “perfect” moments that new parents experience, but one perfect aspect shines above all. Baby Kevin, born December 14, 2003, knows his brother. “Knows his brother” says a whole lot. Kevin’s brother Alex would likely have died on February 1, 2001, had it not been for supplemental newborn screening.
